Here's how to instantly fix lower back pain with
an exercise I like to call the cobra scorpion. Lie flat on your stomach in bed or on a floor.
Prop yourself up on your elbows, just like this. I'm going to do the scorpion first. I bend my knees
at 90 degrees, put my feet together. From there, I'm going to rotate through my lower back, hips, and
legs towards one side. Go as far as you can. It will feel like a deep stretch. I hold this one for two
to three seconds, relax, go towards the other side. Try to do this for about 10 times on both sides
and stretch into it just a little bit more with each repetition.
To take it to the next level, we're
going to do the cobra. So I'm going to keep my hips and legs flat and then press up like this, with my
arms, until I feel a deep stretch in the lower back. I hold this for about 20 to 30 seconds, relax,
and then repeat this three to five times..
