So today I will share the best foods that I include in my everyday life and that I recommend to all my clients in order to look 10 to 15 years younger. You can ferment any vegetable you can find, especially cruciferous vegetables such as cabbages, cauliflowers, broccoli, or turnips. Why do we ferment vegetables? Why is it important to include them in order to look younger and be healthy? And the answer is very simple. They contain a huge amount of vitamins and minerals that our body needs.
